When making a booking please enter the scheduled landing time issued to you by the airline, make sure it's within our operating hours. If you book outside of these time your booking will be cancelled.

In case of a delayed flight we will wait until 23:00, after this time you will be required to make your way to our car park and the key will be placed in a lock-box, code will be texted to you with the address and entry gate code.

Peak Supplies terms & Conditions.

1. We will accept your booking on the understanding that you have read and accepted these terms and conditions

2. You may cancel a parking booking for any reason, including the non-acceptance of these terms and conditions, within 7 days of the booking being made. Any money paid will be refunded to you less a £10.00 administration fee.

3. When making a booking via our website we will confirm that booking by e-mail which will include a unique booking reference and all the useful information regarding the service(s) that you have booked.

5. If you cancel within 72 hours of the booking period we will only refund 50% of the money paid. Cancellations after this period are not liable for any refund   6. We cover 24 hour 7 day a week bookings. Peak reserve the right to alter our 24 hour service depending on bookings. If on any date Peak have a period of no confirmed bookings out of normal working hours Peak reserve the right for our office & service to be shut. If a customer makes a booking at a stated date & time that is out of normal working hours but arrives 30 mins before or after the stated time Peak will not be held responsible for this. Notwithstanding this a member of Peak will be available in these times by telephone for any emergencies.

7. All prices quoted are in pounds sterling, and will be fixed and confirmed at the time of booking.

8. Payment must be paid in the form of 25% deposit or in full depending on your chosen preference at the time of booking using PayPal, Visa or another approved payment card.

9. Prices quoted are for the number of full or part days thereof, of the booked period, unless otherwise indicated.

10. If you do not turn up, you will be charged in full for the whole booking period.

11. If you park longer than the period initially booked, you will be charged at the daily rate current at that time, which must be paid in full before the vehicle is returned.

12. We will take every reasonable step to take care of your vehicle whilst in our keeping for the period booked and paid for, commencing from when you give us the keys.

13. When you hand the vehicle over to us it must be in a roadworthy, safe and legal condition and be fully taxed, insured and covered by a valid MOT certificate (if required) for the complete period that you have booked.

14. You must arrive in plenty of time at the agreed pick up/drop off point, without causing any obstruction.

15. You must remove all personal belongings from the vehicle.

16. You must tell us about any vehicle immobilize, automatic security device or modification for a disability.

17. You must notify us about any changes or alterations regarding flight times or return dates by email to park@peaksupplies.uk please include your booking reference number.

18. We require you to leave a set of vehicle keys with us, your vehicle will not be moved without your prior consent accept in emergencies.

19. All luggage is your sole responsibility. Peak will not be held responsible for any luggage left in vehicle on on our premises.

20. When you return you must provide a copy of your booking confirmation to prove ownership and collect the vehicle.

21.Once the vehicle has been returned to you, you must pay any parking charges due if you decide to park longer than agreed, or if you fail to confirm any changes to the date or time of your return journey.

22. Peak will not be held responsible for any loss or damage that is covered by your car, holiday or other specific insurance.

23. Peak will not be held responsible for any events outside our control, events you have not arranged insurance cover for or have insurance excesses for.

24. Peak will not be held responsible for Mechanical failures, terrorism, catastrophe or criminal activity.

25. Peak will not be held responsible for Any deterioration in the condition of the vehicle whilst in our keeping.

26. Peak will not be held responsible for Personal property left in your vehicle.

27. Peak will not be held responsible for any losses caused by late arrival or insufficient time to book in for your flight.

28. Peak will not be held responsible for delays in collecting your vehicle at an agreed time.

29.Claims cannot be considered once the vehicle has left our facility after collection.

30. Peak will not be held responsible for any consequential or indirect losses as a result of damage or loss such as loss of earnings.

31 (a). Any claims for loss or damage to vehicles or in relation to the quality of service provided by Peak Supplies Ltd must be made immediately.

31 (b). Any complaints about Peak must be by emailed within 7 days of your return!

31 (c). We will write and acknowledge a written complaint within approx two working days of receiving it & send our findings within approx 28 working days. 31 (d).

32 (d). As long as you can provide us with any additional information that we may require, we will attempt to try and give a written decision within 28 days.

33 we do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties.

34 (e). This procedure does not affect your rights to take legal action.

35. 6 Minutes journey in normal circumstances.
