When making a booking please enter the scheduled landing time issued to you by the airline, make sure it's within our operating hours. If you book outside of these time your booking with be cancelled.

If your flight is delayed your vehicle will be returned as long as your flight lands before midnight, if your flight is delayed after midnight your vehicle will be returned at 04:00 the following day.

  How early should I make my booking?
As soon as you possibly can as spaces may become limited especially during busy periods of the year.

  What is the latest that I can book my vehicle in?
Parking can be booked up until 48 hours before your departure day. If parking is needed at later notice you will have to call our offices directly to check for availability.

  Can I cancel my booking?
Yes you can cancel your booking by amending it to a future date. Unfortunately, refunds are not available for this service.

  Do you have a privacy policy?
Yes, please see the privacy policy page.

  What do I do if I have a complaint?
Orange parking are willing to consider complaints on your behalf, even though we are only agents for car-parking suppliers. Complaints must be made in writing and received by us within seven days of your return to the UK and will not be accepted outside this period. All relevant documents and receipts must be forwarded with your complaint.

  What happens if I am running late?
If you are running late please call the company you are booked with so they can ensure a driver is there to meet you on your arrival. If you do not call them and arrive 30 minutes after the booking in time they can not guarantee that a driver will be there to meet you and you may incurr an additional charge.

  What happens if my flight is delayed?
If you experience an unfortunate delay you must inform us between 0900-1700 out of these hours you must phone the company you are booked with, you will be provided a grace period and you will not incur an additional charge for parking. After this period you will be charged for each additional day your vehicle remains in our car park.

  What if I have a disability?
If you have a disability and require assistance we are here to help. Phone our contact number or E-Mail us with your requirements and we will organise every thing for you free of charge.

  What if I need to extend my stay?
Extending your stay is not a problem. Please give us as much notice as possible; you can either call or email the office using the contact details on your booking confirmation. Extra days are charged at £6.00 per day.

  What will happen once I have made a booking?
You will be contacted by E-MAIL within 24 hours of your booking with your instructions. If you do not receive your instructions please contact us on 01279 669 427
