When making a booking please enter the scheduled landing time issued to you by the airline, make sure it's within our operating hours. If you book outside of these time your booking with be cancelled.

If your flight is delayed your vehicle will be returned as long as your flight lands before midnight, if your flight is delayed after midnight your vehicle will be returned at 04:00 the following day.

Terms & Conditions

We will accept your booking on the understanding that you have read and accepted these terms and conditions, will be referred to as "OPS", “our”, “us” or "we” from here on within these terms and conditions.

  1. You may cancel a parking booking for any reason, including the non-acceptance of these terms and conditions, within 7 days of the booking being made. Any money paid will be refunded to you less a £15.00 administration fee.
  2. When making a booking via this website we will confirm that booking via e-mail within 48 hours. This message will include a unique booking reference and all the useful information regarding the service(s) that you have booked.
  3. If you cancel within 3 days of the booking period Stansted Prestige Storage will only refund 50% of the money paid. Cancellations after this period are not liable for any refund.
  4. Stansted Prestige Storage are open from 4am till 12am 7 days a week to coincide with the airport opening times. OPS reserve the right to alter our service depending on bookings. If on any date OPS have a period of non confirmed bookings out of normal working hours OPS reserve the right for our office & service to be shut. If for any reason your flight is delayed past 23:55 there is no need to worry as a member of staff will be waiting to return your car to you.
  5. If a customer should arrive at the airport without calling us 20 minutes prior to arrival you will likely incur a short delay.
  6. Payment must be paid in full at the time of booking using Paypal, Visa or another approved payment card.
  7. Customers are responsible for car park exit fees on return.
  8. Prices quoted are for the number of full or part days thereof, of the booked period, unless otherwise indicated.
  9. If you do not turn up, you will be charged in full for the whole booking period.
  10. If you park longer than the period initially booked, you will be charged at the daily rate current at that time, which must be paid in full before we release the vehicle.
  11. At Stansted Prestige Storage we will take every precaution necessary to ensure your vehicles safety at our secure storage facility.
  12. When you hand the vehicle over to us it must be in a roadworthy, safe and legal condition and be fully taxed, insured and covered by a valid MOT certificate (if required) for the complete period that you have booked.
    1. Any vehicle deemed un-roadworthy is subject to refusal with no refund.
  13. We require you to remove all personal belongings from your vehicle prior to your arrival.
  14. Stansted Prestige Storage will not be held responsible for any personal belongings left in the vehicle.
  15. You must tell us about any vehicle immobiliser, automatic security device or modification for a disability.
  16. You must notify us about any changes or alterations regarding flight times or return dates by email, This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. please include your booking reference number.
  17. We require you to remove any personal keys.
  18. We accept no liability for faulty keys or alarm fobs.
  19. When you return you must provide your copy of the report sheet that you will be required to sign upon arrival to prove ownership of your vehicle.
  20. Once the vehicle has been returned to you, you must pay any parking charges due if you decide to park longer than the agreed date or time of your return journey.
  21. OPS will not be held responsible for any loss or damage that is covered by your motor, holiday or other specific insurance.
  22. OPS will not be held responsible for any events outside our control, events you have not arranged insurance cover for nor have insurance excesses for.
  23. Acts of nature are out of our control and we accept no liability for them including dust, pollen , rain and bird droppings.
  24. OPS will not be held responsible for Mechanical failures, terrorism, catastrophe or criminal activity.
  25. OPS will not be held responsible for stone chipped glass.
  26. OPS will not be held responsible for any deterioration in the condition of the vehicle whilst in our keeping.
  27. OPS will not be held responsible for any losses caused by late arrival or insufficient time to book in for your flight.
  28. OPS will not be held responsible for delays in collecting your vehicle at an agreed time.
  29. Claims cannot be considered once the vehicle has been signed for and returned to your possession.
  30. OPS will not be held responsible for any consequential or indirect losses as a result of damage or loss such as loss of earnings.
  31. Any claims for loss or damage to vehicles or in relation to the quality of service provided by Stansted Prestige Storage Ltd must be made immediately.
    1. Any complaints about OPS must be submitted by email or in writing to the address specified on the OPS website.
    2. We will write and acknowledge a written complaint within two working days of receiving it & send our findings within approximately 28 working days.
  32. As long as you can provide us with any additional information that we may require, we will attempt to try and give a written decision within 28 days.
  33. We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties.
  34. All prices quoted are in pounds sterling, and will be fixed and confirmed at the time of booking.
  35. Our storage facility is approximately 9 miles from the airport.
  36. Your vehicle may travel up to twenty four miles so please ensure there is sufficient fuel.
  37. When you collect your vehicle upon your return we will only pay for the first 15 minutes within the short stay car park if we are waiting any longer there will be additional charges as the exit fee increases after the 15 minute period.
  38. Bookings taken on behalf of a third party supplier are subject to the terms and conditions of the parking service provider.
  39. No person has any authority to vary or alter these Terms and Conditions unless such variation is in writing under the hand of the Company Secretary or a Director of the company.

Note: - These Terms and Conditions do not affect your Statutory Rights as a consumer.


These Terms & Conditions shall be interpreted, construed and enforced in accordance with English law and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
